Anonymous, CA (2015 Acura MDX None 3.5-L V6)""Immediately after replacing struts (at mechanics recommendation due to rusting/corosion), the power steering has had periods of malfunction- feels like NO Power steering for a few seconds, then returns when turning right. This happened more frequently just after th repair, and less frequent NOW. But I have have been unable to recreate this problem while mechanic is in the car. Mechanic says it's nothing to do with struts. Said its a new unrelated problem and an "Electronic problem".""

""Within 2 years of purchasing (new), front seat leather began flaking off and changing color. VERY frustrating, especially since Acura said it was not covered under warranty. I still find that hard to believe. It has only turned worse since then. SERIOUSLY affects resale value.""

""The paint came off of my car in large and small sections. Acura acknowledged a manufacturing defect with the white paint in 2015 and 2016 MDXs and did an extended warranty through 8 years. Because mine missed that extended warranty period by a few weeks, Acura would only pay for 50% of the repair cost. A year later, more paint fell off of my car and I got most of the rest of it painted for half of what Acura charged me the first time. I love the car but was very disappointed in how Acura handled a known problem.""
