Anonymous, MI (2020 Acura RDX Advance 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)""Tech system is horribly buggy. Connection is poor with CarPlay despite dealer advice on "forggeting" and reconnecting phone. Used many new charging cords, problem still persists. System freezes and goes blank often. Have to stop car, turn off and turn back on to reset. Just a terribly unreliable system. I do like the touch pad setup, etc. Would be a great system if it worked. Speakers bleep, buzz, etc. Twice had it "repaired" but still not working. Dealer did a recall item on the system and it still didn't work well after a week or so. It is enough of a problem that I would not buy the car again. Beyond frustrating and persistent.""

Anonymous, MI (2020 Acura RDX Tech 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)"The controls for the system require sliding your finger around on a touchscreen, which is difficult to do, especially when driving, to find the desired mode. When we located the navigation mode and typed in an address, it worked at the dealership but not when we tried it at home - accepted the address, but didn't provide actual navigation. We never could get the voice control to work, so that wasn't an option. The whole process was so complicated, we finally just gave up and do not use the navigation at all."
