What Owners Say
"When using Bluetooth to listen to music or podcasts the quality of the sound in INCREDIBLY bad."
Anonymous, PR (2023 Acura RDX A-Spec 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)"The sound esp. music was much inferior for expensive system. Distortion, no separation of instruments, muddy. Evidently there is a TSB that cites loose connections and fastners of I believe optical audio cables which when fixed greatly improve sound. Our dealer did this and at first the difference was amazing. Over time I think the cable still sometimes becomes loose and it reverts more or less to the muddy sound. Other times it is very good. I would say the issue is not fully fixed. We have Acura RDX Tech SH-AWD."

"The phone disconnects from the car, everyday, at the same spot in my route. Impossible to use music via Bluetooth WITHOUT Android Auto. The Bluetooth audio quality is ATROCIOUS. The control of Android Auto via the touchpad is amazingly difficult and counterintuitive in some spots of some apps, incredibly difficult and frustrating. The impossibility to type on the touchpad while driving, or use Google Maps or TomTom in your phone WHILE connected to Google Auto is frustrating. And I need to use them on the phone because a lot of local words are not recognized by Google. Anyway, if the Bluetooth connection worked fine, I wouldn't write here."
