Anonymous, GA (2023 Audi Q5 2.0T 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)

""Have to fiddle with the screen display to get anything to work. What Owners Say

A/C compressor

"Compressor failed. Would cool for a short period of time and stop working"

Anonymous, IL (2023 Audi Q5 SQ5 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)
Automatic climate control

"Living in central Texas and A/C system would quit cooling after 20 minutes of use no matter how system was adjusted. Seen at dealership and told it was cooling fins being clogged from humidity. Traveled in New Mexico and Utah (very low humidity) and same problem occurred. Had to turn A/C on for 5 min / off for 2 min while traveling throughout the day. Seen at another Audi dealership and no clear resolution yet."

Anonymous, WA (2023 Audi Q5 SQ5)

"The climate control system constantly changes temperature and fan speed. Most cars you set a comfortable temperature and forget it. Not with this car. You set the temperature and it will blow hot air from one vent and cold from the other. Sometimes without changing anything the a/c blows freezing cold air. Move the temperature up a degree and then heated air will blow. Dealer says user error."

Clutch struggles to engage at low speeds, jerks and hesitates. The problem was persistent and returned a total of seven times for repair under a published service bulletin from Audi. The dealership was unable to repair the vehicle and it will be purchased by Audi under a buy-back program (meeting lemon law criteria)"

Anonymous, WA (2023 Audi Q5 2.0T 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)
Other driveline problem

""The car would make unusual sounds whenever I would make turns simple left or right turns. The vehicle would also vibrate but it always felt like it came from the rear wheels. The service department told me it was the 4 wheel drive system that needed oil and was typical of the system. They serviced the vehicle and even did an alignment and balanced the wheels. Now, almost 8 months later I can feel it coming back. The tires are not evenly worn so theres something questionable about their system.""

Air or water leaks

""Identified water sloshing around in the liftgate. Removed plugs at bottom of liftgate and water drain out for over a minute. This was especially concerning since I was traveling to an area with sub-freezing temperatures and was concerned it frozen moisture would damage liftgate. Audi dealership indicated it was likely a leaking drainage tube and interior headliners would have to be removed in order to diagnose the problem further. Since I was traveling at the time, they recommended I just leave the drain plugs removed so any water could drain.""
