    First Take
Audi's high-performance AWD version of the A4 sedan uses the supercharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder. A six-speed manual transmission is standard and a seven-speed S-tronic automated manual is optional. On a track the car is very impressive, particularly in sport mode. It employs a system that splits torque from the front to rear and side to side to improve handling. The interior is well-finished and nicely appointed, with comfortable and supportive leather sport seats.
