""1. Drove using the keyless entry smartphone function. Parked the car and got out. Car would not start when I returned. 2. While charging at a public high speed charger, the key, the phone function, and the back-up card all stopped working. The doors locked. The alarm went off when I opened the driver side door from the inside. The message on the dashboard screen said no key was recognized. When charging was completed and automatically released the charge cable, the key function returned and we were able to drive.""
