Anonymous, ON (2023 BMW iX xDrive50i Electric)"See previous comment. Aside the sensors needing to be reallgned and the radar recalibrated (why?) by far the biggest problem was with the communications module. Literally nothing other than basic driving functions work without a connection to the bmw servers. When that stopped working - it was replaced 3 times - almost nothing in the I drove screen worked - and worse it would misinterpret its environment slamming in the brakes to avoid a car that wasnt there, slowing suddenly for a curve on a straight road. It had to be towed because it was scary to drive and I was worried about a resulting colllison. The latest ECM has worked since February 2024. But the car has spent more than six months at the dealer over 2 years. Apparently the necessary parts are also hard to get."
Anonymous, ON (2023 BMW iX xDrive50i Electric)"The electronic key paired with my phone is so unreliable that I must carry a backup method to access/start the car. Im able to reestablish the electronic key link between my phone and the car, but it requires having both physical key fobs inside the car. So this isnt something I can accomplish except when at my house."

"Apple CarPlay generally connects with my iPhone without issue. HOWEVER, sometimes the infotainment display screen wont display the Apple CarPlay display. It continues to work for all the built-in BMW apps, but its not possible to use the screen to control Apple CarPlay."
