Voice control commands

"With each software update, the voice control seems to be having more glitches. For example, now without any prompting, The Voice command ask how they may help, Or that they dont understand the command or any number of things when I havent personally engaged with it. The vehicle can be silent in this will still happen randomly. In general voice commands are not as reliable as the auto industry wants us to believe. I feel that it is still dangerous for us to eliminate manual controls. They are not taking into account people with every day vision issues, such as presbyopia, cataracts, etc."

"Had to replace rear right wheel bearings in last 3 months and now the left rear needs to be fixed. This makes a lot of road noise. There is also a metal sounding noise that has started at the same time - dealership doesnt seem to think it is an issue."

"The left front headlight (LED) seal failed and let water in and totally fogged over. It took several weeks to ascertain that it was covered by warranty and then get the new assembly. During this time night driving safety was compromised significantly. The dealer told me it would have cost me over $3,000 if it was not covered by warranty. Interestingly the failure occurred while car was sitting outside at the BMW dealer waiting for a new starter motor and we had a rainstorm. It would normally have been in our garage. I can't wait for the warranty to be over so the right light can fail and cost me $3,000+!"
