We expect the 2025 Encore GX will have about average reliability when compared to the average new car. This prediction is based on data from 2023 and 2024 models, and the Buick brand score.
The Reliability score is based on our latest subscriber survey of 2024 Buick Encore GX owners. The owner comments describe problems respondents experienced with this vehicle.

"I took delivery of the car with a tire defect. Dealer replaced one wheel. Mostly solved, still a very slight imbalance. Clearly, no quality or inspection at factory."
Anonymous A., ON (2024 Buick Encore GX Preferred 1.3-L 3 Cyl turbo)Squeaks, rattles, wind noises, seals and/or weather stripping, air and water leaks.
"A manufacturing defect on the B pillars has resulted in a constant vibration rattle that transmits through the steel door frames and roof. Dealer couldn't solve, I hired an engineer to try and diagnose. Body flex of a passenger present eliminates noise from top of pillar/roof junction. This is notably loud and distracting. I will be dealing in this brand new car and taking the loss in value as the same problem has started on the driver side pillar as well. Hear it for yourself....
