The Buick LaCrosse was a welcomed replacement for the outdated Century and Regal sedans, but it still fell far below class leaders. It has a comfortable and quiet ride, as well as responsive handling. There's good attention to detail in the front cabin, but the rear seat is very tight. The 3.8-liter V6 in our tested CXL version was coarse and fuel economy was unimpressive.
