Anonymous, MI (2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV Unsure Electric)

"Blazer EV just died in grocery store parking lot, would not go into drive/reverse. 12v Battery was drained as a result of the dealership not installing an update module before I purchased the vehicle, this was a known issue (declared by GM) but dealership overlooked it to make the sale and never followed up. 12V battery and some module was replaced at dealership and car has been perfect ever since. Car was purchased at end of April 2024 and worked perfectly until the 12v battery did not charge sufficient and would no longer provide sufficient charge to run the electronics of the car - this occurred in November 2024."

The car started and drove without issue. According to the "internet" if the car sits for 20 minutes it will reset and start. The car was taken to the dealer and several software updates were done. The problem has not repeated."
