"Front strut actuator leaking. Covered under warranty"

Anonymous, FL (2021 Chevrolet Corvette 2LT 6.2-L V8)

"The car had a dead battery, GM insisted the car had to go to the shop to evaluate the issue and sent a towing company. They jumped the car but it would not engage any gears and numerous warning lights were lite, car still in garage towing company could not move it. Car started and went into gear with a couple engine lights. Drove to dealer and dropped off, it was a dead battery. Major issue telescoping steering wheel stopped working, car was back at the dealership for two weeks as they had to overnight parts twice to replace the steering column. Lesson learned never jump start a C8 corvette. Just go buy a battery and give the receipt to GM to pay if under warranty."
