What Owners Say
"Turbo charger failed had to be replaced. No warranty or recall."
Anonymous A., KY (2016 Chevrolet Cruze LT 1.4-L 4 Cyl turbo)"Failure of the turbo charger/throttle is a well known problem with the Cruze. It is the worse vehicle made by GM which is why they probably discontinued the model. My vehicle tends to drop in speed when driving up road inclines. The check engine light coming on within minutes of a service repair and stays on. I have experienced sudden jerking when trying to accelerate from a stop or slowing down for a turn as well as my car not moving at all as though it is stuck in gear when trying to accelerate."
Anonymous A., MI (2016 Chevrolet Cruze LT 1.4-L 4 Cyl turbo)
"Exhaust manifold problem caused engine to automatically cut off and not run. It was fixed within a week. I am currently having similar problems after the previous repair roughly 10,000 miles later. Problems with the pistons."
