Unless you purchase monthly services, you are not allowed to update or ask for assistance. Not everyone wants these top-line-tech apps, we just want the frickin thing to work and drive us around without being strong-armed into buying more services. If Sirius is smart, all new vehicles will provide a basic service for the life of the vehicle versus nickel and diming us to death for simple services like an online setup service. We live in CA near SanDiego and LA, not like we are out in the backwoods. No, problem not resolved. Out of sight out of mind from Chevrolet."

The clock has been set numerous times and always resets to the wrong time zone. I can never receive signals to update or contact Chevrolet. Problems still exist and we are stuck with 3 working stations and of course the Sirius is always trying to purchase a plan, we cannot afford. This sucks and is very poor in people who are in the digital divide. No other options available. Must use a boom box to listen to our music in our new 2024 vehicle. Poor."

"The pairing with ACP (Apple Car Play) was inconsistent and intermittent. Sometimes it would freeze, and sometimes it would not pair at all. Eventually I figured it out myself (despite the dealer having a go at it twice). I determined it only occurred when I had my MacBook Pro in the vehicle and it was in Sleep mode. As long as the device (laptop) is shut down, there are no issues. I reproduced this many times."
