What Owners Say
"Shoes on both sides wore premature with one of them practically falling apart in the mechanics hands during repair. Never experienced this in my lifetime with any vehicle I have owned."

Anonymous, WI (2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD LT 6.6-L V8)""The parking break components rusted out and caused the parking warning light to come on. The quote from the dealer was approximately $2500 to fix the problem because it involved changing the main rotors because tge interiorof the rotors where the parking operates are too rusty. I chose to defer the repairs until the main braking system needed new rotors and brake pads. As the rear brake pads have over 90% remaining, I anticipate not repairing the parking brake into for the foreseeable future.""
Anonymous A., ON (2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD LT 6.6-L V8 diesel)""Continue to get service parking brake on a random basis. Complained about it multiple times, dealer service did nothing. Now it's out of warranty they want to fix it for hundreds of dollars""

"Parking brake was incorrectly being actuated which resulted in premature wear. This was mostly covered by warranty when dealer further investigated."
