"I cannot get the Apple Carplay feature to work consistently for me. It works the first time I set it up, but then when I turn off the vehicle and then return to the vehicle - the feature doesn't work. It gives me some sort of message that "cannot connect to Apple CarPlay". So frustrating. And I can't tell if it's the Apple CarPlay feature, the settings in the vehicle or possible settings on my phone. I finally shut it all off and just use the basic bluetooth sync feature. It works easy and consistently every time and is good enough for what I need. But there are times when it would be nice to have the more extensive features with Apple CarPlay - but not worth the frustration."

Not user-friendly like it should be in this day and age of wireless technology. I was under the impression that we would be able to bluetooth a smart phone to the rear seat screen in order to watch/stream movies, etc. This is NOT the case. I was told (after I ordered and received the vehicle and tried to get the system to work) that this option is available if you have an android phone, but we have iphones (and I'm not convinced this system would work with an android phone either). So we still have to use a cord - and you need to use a cord that has an unusual usb size (not standard size). I don't have time to figure this all out - I expected it to be a simple wireless/bluetooth feature and it is far from that. So we have yet to even use the backseat entertainment system and we've owned the vehicle for almost 4 years now. A HUGE waste of money!! And the screens are mounted on the back of the front seat headrests and are bigger than the headrests. When I first saw them and ordered the system, I thought this was a great feature, but now after riding in the back seat (and especially because we can't use the screens as we hoped) it's annoying that these screens are so big. They're too big and block the rear passenger's view. Having the screen mounted IN the back of the headrest or the back of the front seat would be better."

"Fuel pump control module. Failed while driving, vehicle had to be towed. Part was not available due to GM strike and backordered at dealer for many vehicles. I searched and located a module out of state and had it express mailed to our dealer, it was installed the next day and our vehicle was returned to us."
