Android Auto

"First I was told it had android auto, but it wasn't quite there. Software update got it in place. Syncing then became a problem. It would not recognize the phone via usb or blue tooth for android auto. Then it would decide to work and then again stop working. If it works, its is acceptable. But it fails far too often to be reliable. The onboard GPS is a total waste of software. System also tries to relink via bluetooth even after repeatedly being told not to and trying to remove the sync which fails. Constant pop up messages about unsupported device which it is not even supposed to be connecting to."

"Entering an address into the system is a unique adventure in poor design and regular failure. If you are in WI and going to Chicago, it assumes the address you put in is somewhere in WI. For the last 4 months, the system seems to have no idea where we are at all making its maps useless as it shows us some 400 yards or more from where we actually are. hard to use. Poor button placements for controlling things like brightness. And most recently, not actually working at all."

"Vehicle had issues with Hub Bolts immediately after purchase. Since then, the lower ball joint failed and was replaced, as well as the left front axle shaft and hub. Because of these issues, the front tires were worn horribly and alignment was completely off-kilter. Chrysler agreed that these issues stemmed from the initial issues with the hub bolts and repaired/replaced these items."

"Chrysler Pacifica automatically goes to park mode while driving. It happened many times. Its dangerous, reached out to Chrysler through their Facebook page, no proper resolution. This is a well known problem with Pacifica. Imagine if it happens on a freeway with your kid in your car?!"

"Chrysler pacifica blend door actuator has a fault. Even after turning off the vehicle, there will be clicking or tapping noise. It will drain your auxiliary and main battery. This is also a well known problem, Why can't Chrysler just change that part supplier? I changed my car battery after buying it in 4 months!"

"I noticed immediately that The steering wheel felt very loose and easy to turn. I also noticed while making a tight left turn. There was a slight clicking sound that I could also feel on the steering wheel with my hands. I then returned it into the dealership where they did a thorough investigation of it. They told me that the power steering rack and pinion gear box was out. The dealership had it for three weeks to replace it. It was very expensive. Good thing I purchased a complete warranty where it was covered by warranty."
