"The screen will go blank, or not turn back on when we push the button. This usually happens when we have driven the car for a while. It happens intermittently. When we lose the screen we lose the ability to use the climate control, mapping, radio, and anything else that is linked to it. We took it to the dealer and they said they weren't able to find a problem and our word there was a problem wasn't enough."
