What Owners Say
"The problems were primarily in the large display screen, which the dealer finally replaced, which solved all of the problems, except for the adaptive cruise control, which was also resolved by the dealer, replacing other parts."
Anonymous A., AB (2023 Chrysler Pacifica 3.6-L V6)"This has been a problem from day one of buying this vehicle as the original owner. Every time I start my vehicle, the radio comes on. I rarely, if ever, listen to the radio while I am driving. This is very annoying because it overshadows the driving instructions received from my NON-GPS program that must be fed from my cell phone. I also can't hear a phone call coming into my cell phone. I do not have unlimited data on my phone plan, so it is very frustrating to have it turned on to use the map system from my phone. Dealership service tried to help, but they could not find any way to stop the radio from playing at every start-up."

"The back-up camera is not accurate when I have my car in reverse. I can back up showing my car exactly between the parking spot lines, but I am always about a foot farther to the right than shows on the screen. My first encounter with this problem was backing into my own driveway, and I hit a telephone pole at the end of my driveway. screen was showing me backing directly into the center of the driveway, but my car has over $4,000 of damage due to the camera view being off center. When I have all the damage repaired, the technician is going to try to recenter the camera view."
