Anonymous, AZ (2012 Chrysler Town & Country Touring 3.6-L V6)""Both passenger & driver seat controls fell out of housing (at different times) & making adjustment of both seats not possible. Dealership fixed both at different times, but they fell out again. Had independent mechanic work on passenger, but it broke again. Passenger seat was in OK riding position for both owners, but unable to adjust. Dealership fixed driver's seat & it broke again. Husband had critical illness - not permitted to drive, so our 40 & 45 yr old sons drove vehicle back & forth to hospital & medical treatment; both had problems adjusting seat to comfortable & safe positions. Parked in valet park at hospital; on the way home, son discovered seat adjustment had been fixed by someone while vehicle in valet parking. That was 7 months ago & it hasn't broken since. We have no idea who fixed it, but we're very grateful for their kind & totally unexpected intervention.""
Anonymous A., TX (2012 Chrysler Town & Country Unsure 3.6-L V6)""The driver's side window rolled down then would not come back up, we had to take it to a mechanic to take the door apart and replace the mechanism""
