What Owners Say

Calipers

Anonymous A., NH (2013 Chrysler Town & Country Touring 3.6-L V6)
Regular brake failure

"The brakes completely stopped working"

Anonymous, MI (2013 Chrysler Town & Country Touring 3.6-L V6)

Anonymous, WI (2013 Chrysler Town & Country 3.6-L V6)

Electrical Accessories

Cruise control, clock, warning lights, body control module, keyless entry, wiper motor or washer, tire pressure monitor, interior or exterior lights, horn, gauges, 12V power plug, USB ports, alarm or security system, remote engine start, heated or cooled seats, heated steering wheel, headlights, automatic headlights, automatic wipers, wireless charging pad.

/ 5

What Owners Say

Exterior lights (other than headlights)

"Right brake light shut itself off (replace + ODB2 reset)"

Anonymous A., CA (2013 Chrysler Town & Country Touring 3.6-L V6)
Headlights

"I believe this to be a safety issue. I have had to replace the headlight 3 times in the last 35000 miles. Just recently I have been informed it was not the headlamp itself. It has been an issue with the plug and/or wiring to the plug that has burned through both."

Anonymous, (2013 Chrysler Town & Country Touring 3.6-L V6)
Keyless entry

"Keyfob only works to unlock about 20% of the time"

Anonymous, PA (2013 Chrysler Town & Country Touring 3.6-L V6)
Other electrical system problem

"We had shortage where lights would dim to go off on dash when you turned on the window wipers, the sliding doors and trunk would open and shut as we walked away from the vehicle and at other times we'd come out of store and the tailgate would be up and sliding doors wide open. Very disconcerting! Were told it's a computer module part that used to be $400 before Covid and now is $1,800 to fix. So we didn't. We just kept the power off to the doors and knew we would lose dash lights in exchange for window wipers. We were told by mechanics that it is a regular item in Chryslers that do this. Also I hope the newer Pacifica is a better vehicle where the drivers seats don't break constantly because the power buttons seem to weaken that plastic seat box. We couldn't find any with some miles on it that weren't broken or in the process of breaking like ours."

Anonymous, MI (2013 Chrysler Town & Country Touring 3.6-L V6)

In-car Electronics

Infotainment system (audio, GPS, phone), rear entertainment system, backup or other camera/sensors, head-up display.

/ 5

What Owners Say

Display screen freezes up

"Started about 2022. The screen freezes, the touch screen doesn't respond, and the pre-set buttons lose their set."

Anonymous, LA (2013 Chrysler Town & Country Touring 3.6-L V6)
In-dash navigation system (GPS)

"It just stopped working. Screen when blank. Radio still worked. I waited 2 years to resolve. It took a new "head" to fix. Was told they had a hard time tracing as unit had gone thru I think he said 20 updates since my unit was built. Had to go to specialist (Christian Brothers), dealers had no clue or didn't care."

Anonymous, PA (2013 Chrysler Town & Country Limited 3.6-L V6)
Phone pairing (e.g., Bluetooth)

"Phone connection was iffy at best. No volume control. Had to be all the way up to even start to hear person on other end. Problem was resolved with the new "head" that was installed that fixed the GPS."

Anonymous, PA (2013 Chrysler Town & Country Limited 3.6-L V6)
