"For a while it was one problem after another..got the air con compressor replace and we are good to go"

"Blend door actuator"

"Seemingly a slow leak that can't be found. Freon recharge in 2023, held all season. Failing again in spring 2024. Recharging, no leaks found"

"Charcoal canister clogged"

"Replaced spark plugs. Check engine light continued to light up. Stopped eventually (about 3months) Could have been weather related, happened between October through March."

"It was due to a recall repair. Dealership performed the recall repair and left a part off of the shifter cable that attached to the gear shift. Caused vehicle to break down twice. Dealership would not accept liability. Would not even return calls because they made a dangerous mistake. Tried to buy the vehicle from me because it has been a good vehicle, though, otherwise."

"Dealership scared me and made me think the transmission had to have a major repair or be replaced. Like thousands of dollars repair. Then, they found two bolts were loose on the transmission which made no sense because I had never given anyone permission to touch the transmission. Have no clue how two random bolts were loose underneath the vehicle on the transmission. They were tightened and it fixed the problem. The vehicle had no transmission type symptoms other than a tiny leak caused by the loose bolts."

"Rubber gasket around the rear driver side door wont stay on."

"Water pump leaking and it is located internal to the engine. $5000.00 to repair. Bad engine design."

"Failure of the sun visor which caused the garage door opener not to function and all other roof based electrical systems to fail."

"Ford did a transmission flush 6 days before we broke down. Car sent off multiple warnings on info screen, started smoking, we stopped and called a tow truck. After another six days, we have been told by ford that the transmission is leaking, and seems to have other, unknown, problems. Still waiting to hear what happened."

"The screen would just freeze upend go blank it took along time for it to come back on still continues to happen"

"The most distressing problem is the seats, even tho there are many issues, the seats are causing more issues with my body and causing more pressure in my legs and lumbar. I alreadycsnd desling with mild scoliosis and being hit on my drivers seat by another driver, I have had many terrible conversations with Ford managers and Ford.ca. One sales manager admitted to some issues that there parts are lower quality and other defects but did absolutely nothing to correct issues. IMO they only want your money. They do not care if you have ongoing issues with their products, I believe they want you to spend more money their service department. Absolute worst experience ever, it has affected my physical and mental health being trapped in this vehicle, negative equity, can't afford to getvoutvifvit either."
