"Brighton Ford eventually replaced the transmission with a rebuild. We had Fords Extended warranty. The Service manager chose to install the used rather than the new transmission that was also an option. The dealer created a huge hole in both front fenders during the 5 month process."

"*Turbo chargers defective in 2023. After 4 visits they changed one of the two. Each turbo covers 3 cylinders. The service manager refused to replace both. *In mid 2024 the other turbo failed. They agreed to look at it after my 2nd request. I told them to check the other, that had been replaced. That also needed replaced. Then a sensor led them to the cold air intake needing replaced. They did this when I had the water pump replaced. Its been more than 3 weeks with the car being at Lunghammer Ford in OWOSSO MI."
