"It started as an intermittent problem with just the screen freezing up, but then the back up camera stopped working, I couldnt change the radio station or sync my phone. All of the problems Ive had with this vehicle were attributed to the APIM and as soon as it was replaced, the problems went away. That being said the first time I had problems with it the car was out of warranty, but Ford replaced the part. I just had to pay labor then less than 12,000 miles later the APIM went bad again and I had to have it replaced, but this time it was under warranty. Its been three months since it was replaced and so far no problems."
