    "Started last year. The interior lights would not activate via remote or door. Dealer ordered a body control module. But, it took three months to get one. So I complained to Ford, BBB, etc. Finally, received one in March. Failed to solve the problem. Dealer then replaced the 12 volt battery. About two weeks ago received a recall notice from Ford about the Body Control Module, Power Control Module and their interaction with the 12 volt battery! This happened after considerable effort on my part to fix a serious lighting problem! Yes, serious! In the dark I could not see inside the vehicle! I had difficulty inserting the switch blade key into the ignition! And Ford knew that there was a problem!"
