    What Owners Say

    12V battery

"My battery failed because of a short and an electrical switch. The short caused a total failure of the battery to the point where it was unable to hold a charge and could not be jumpstarted. The battery needed to be replaced and significant diagnostics done to find the original source the problem."

"The headlights would not automatically switch to low beam when a car approached."

Anonymous, OH (2022 Genesis GV70 Unsure 2.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)
    Other electrical system problem

"The rear liftgate Exterior switch failed and caused a short circuit that completely drained the battery. The battery failure was so severe that it could not sustain a jumpstart and the car had to ultimately be towed to a dealer one and a half hours away. The car was in the shop for two weeks while they diagnosed the problem. The car was completely electrically dead and it required the battery and liftgate switched to be replaced.
