Anonymous A., TX (2021 Honda Accord Hybrid Hybrid 2.0-L 4 Cyl hybrid)"Touch screen becomes unresponsive and may start selecting inputs from the upper left hand side of the screen making the infotainment system unusable."
Anonymous, MS (2021 Honda Accord Hybrid Hybrid 2.0-L 4 Cyl hybrid)""Sometimes the infotainment screen will go blank and become unresponsive. Need to turn off the car and wait a minute, then restart the car to get the screen to work again""
Anonymous, MS (2021 Honda Accord Hybrid Hybrid 2.0-L 4 Cyl hybrid)""Sometimes, the car refuses to pair with my phone. I can sometimes use the cable to accomplish the pairing, but other times, I turn the car off wait, then turn it on again. It will not pair with menu selections or a bluetooth reboot on my phone. This does not happen in any other car.""
Anonymous A., PA (2021 Honda Accord Hybrid Hybrid 2.0-L 4 Cyl hybrid)""After using the "Phone" button on the steering wheel, my car no longer reads the voice prompts, text to speech, or navigation prompts from Apple Carplay. I have done basic troubleshooting like repairing, installing the updates to the phone and entertainment system, but nothing works. This symptom is true with both wired and bluetooth connections.""

""This has been an ongoing problem for several. Honda dealership says they can't repair it. It is hit or miss if the car recognizes my phone. This is important since I need to use maps a lot when driving. Plus sometimes it is recognizing the phone and everything is fine. Then during the trip, the connection is lost and unable to reconnect. Stopping and starting both car and phone doesn't resolve this issue. This issue alone is why I won't buy another Honda. This is our 5th Honda. We always buy the top of the .ine one. But paying $40k for a car that can't reliably consistently connect to my phone is unacceptable""
