/ 5

What Owners Say

Air or water leaks

"When it rained, water dripped on the front side of the passenger near the side airbag. This went on for a couple of years. Its possible that is why this happened now. A private autobody shop said it was the windshield. I had that replaced with no luck. The Local honda dealer wouldn't look at it and told me to go to a window repair shop. Multiple window repair shops would not look at it. My local auto repair shop found where it was leaking but would not fix it. I then found a honda dealer 45 minutes away that was willing to look at it. Saccucci Honda in Middletown RI was successful at finding it. Please note, in case this makes a difference, that this car hit a deer with lots of damage at 11K miles. It was fixed and felt as good as new from then on."

Anonymous, MA (2009 Honda Accord LX 2.4-L 4 Cyl)
Seals and/or weather-stripping

"The weather stripping around the door frames falls off on a regular basis. The cost to "reattach" the weather stripping is ridiculous. I just push the rubber back into place and luckily my car is garage kept most of the time. I have not had any issues with leaks due to the weather stripping."

Reliability indicates how models have performed in the past, providing the basis for predicting how the vehicles will hold up in the year ahead. These charts provide the most comprehensive reliability information available to consumers. Based on information received from our latest subscriber survey for over 300,000 vehicles, our reliability history charts give you a rundown on how 2000 through 2024 vehicles are holding up in 20 potential trouble spots, ranging from the engine, transmission, electric motor, EV charging, and brakes to power equipment and the electrical accessories. NA indicates that we did not receive a large enough sample size to provide data for a specific year. An X indicates that the vehicle was not manufactured for a specific year.
