""The rack and pinion in this vehicle is EPS, failed without warning while on vacation this past fall. Century Honda in Truro, NS was the closest dealer. Helped us with a loaner to get us on with our vacation while committing to having it repaired in a month. Upon arrive from the vacation that we extended, so the work would be completed, the work wasnt completed and that the part was on back order to three months. We in the end returned home with the loaner. Thats when things went off the rails. We had another vacation paid for after Christmas. The loaner had to be returned to NS or we would charged a steepe drop off charger. Weather prevented travel with the loaner all season tires. We had to pay the $2,200. Honda would not cover it. Owned three Hondas over three decades. First time being shafted with their Limited Lifetime warranty. When the problem occurs they will replace the defected part and labour, but not the real life expenses brought on by such a deficient part.""

"Multiple warning lights came on. Independent mechanic diagnosed the ABS Modulator Assembly."

""Starter failed and replaced at about 110000 miles. Starter would not start the car on the first or subsequent try but would eventually start the car. It got progressively worse, with more attempts required. I made an appointment to get it serviced; I was able to get it to start one last time and drove it to the shop. Side note: this is the first car I have ever owned that made it to 100K miles without one repair!""
