Other noises & leaks problem

"The window tapping has happened since day 1. It isn't every day and I cannot figure out what is causing it but it is very annoying. Ac hissing started about 2 weeks after purchasing. Sometimes it's while the ac is on, sometimes it's when I turn it off, and sometimes it's both. Dealership service department says it's normal and there is nothing they can do about it."
