The only thing I can do to correct this is to pull over. Turn the car off. Then turn it on and it works correctly. I have told the dealer but they say it has to be doing it so they can see what it does. Its unpredictable! You never know when it will do it. (Its like there is a short in the wiring of the system system.) Very frustrating! They would not check the system."

"3 months into my purchase the radio system started going berserk. About ever 30 seconds - "Beep" the screen would go blank. Another "Beep" it would change radio stations. "Beep" it would shut off. "beep" it would turn back on... I logged a called with Honda and like many of the other calls I logged with Honda, their response was the typical "we know about it and we're probably not going to do anything about it". I would get reminders that it was time to update my GPS, so I would go to "Garmin.com/Honda" for the updates. 5 times I did this and the GPS was never updated. Again logged a call - "Ya, we know and we're not going to do anything about it". I could go on and on about the apathy of Honda customer service. They did finally release a radio software upgrade but the problem was never completely fixed. It was just fixed enough to allow me to tolerate it."

"Repeated warning light display (ALL warning lights cycling); software updtesand ret seemed to fix; then repeated after outside cold start (normally garaged.) 10 days later all injectors only replaced due to repeated misfire code for a cylinder that sets off all warning lights and reset body control module."

"My CRV had all of the emergency lights come on with my dash. It wouldn't let me check anything and I worried that it would ruin my engine. I checked on line and it is a current problem with 2018 CRV's will have and fuel injector fail. I would not buy another Honda, because they have apparently installed fuel injectors wrong. The Honda dealer said that my fuel was to "rich" and I needed to replace the injectors @ $ 1,600 and an additional $ 300 to check it out. They said this should solve the problem, but they wouldn't issue any guarantees that it would in fact fix the problem."

"A cylinder misfire code was present on my OBD. Vehicle taken to Honda Service shop. They replaced a fuel injector. The labor and parts were $1400, which is frustrating for that level of problem."

"Fuel pump failed in June 2023. It failed while driving, although I was able to get it off the road. It would not restart and had to be towed. High pressure fuel pump was repaired at cost of $1294. After fuel pump recall notice; applied for reimbursement, but was told the recall applies to the low pressure pump and didn't apply. Now we have a vehicle that is unsafe to drive, because Honda says there is no fix yet for the low pressure pump for which the recall applied!"

"This car is great but has had a lot of recalls with another one coming! they are to let us know when . each time takes time out if my day. If it werent for the bigger recalls I would buy this car again."

"Recall from Honda regarding possible fuel module defect. Retired to dealer for repair, but no parts available for quite some time. There have not been any issues as of 4/22/2024."

"The basic issue here is that the fuel pump recall has been in place for quite a while, but the parts to fix it are apparently not available. If the fuel pump fails, the car is dead on the roadside. This does not give me a good feeling about venturing far from home."
