    Anonymous, WA (2024 Honda CR-V EX-L 1.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)

"The USB connection is extremely temperamental. It often doesn't connect and fails if the cable is touch or moved. I have tried a variety of cables but it doesn't make a difference."

Anonymous, NJ (2024 Honda CR-V EX 1.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)
    Phone pairing (e.g., Bluetooth)

"Frequently. I have to reinstall my phone when I start the car. My main issue is when Im out of state and due to the pairing issue I cant use gps function on my car and have to rely on the phones audio and screen to navigate"

    Anonymous, NY (2024 Honda CR-V EX-L 1.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)
    Voice control commands

"The problem occurred soon after the car wirelessly connected to Apple CarPlay and acted as if a voice command had initiated and the stereo and all functions would pause in the same way they would if you pressed the voice control button. This wouldnt clear until the operator would scroll the menu button to cancel. This has disappeared and we surmise it was actually an IPhone iOS problem that has been fixed by an iOS update."

Anonymous, CT (2024 Honda CR-V LX 1.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)

    Electrical Accessories

Cruise control, clock, warning lights, body control module, keyless entry, wiper motor or washer, tire pressure monitor, interior or exterior lights, horn, gauges, 12V power plug, USB ports, alarm or security system, remote engine start, heated or cooled seats, heated steering wheel, headlights, automatic headlights, automatic wipers, wireless charging pad.

    What Owners Say

    12V battery

"The car is a 2025 Honda Civic, 10 days old. Running errands, went in restaurant, came out car would not start. The Brake pedal kept bouncing up against my foot, switches and dash flashed and moved. Honda towed it to dealer. Dealer said a cell in the battery failed and "it happens" When cell fails it doesn't have enough power to work but does have enough to raise lower windows and such. They checked battery, starter, circuit breakers, wires and all but battery checked out fine. Not really a huge mechanical issue but it was 10 days old and it scares me about what else might go. Lucky this happened in town as had to wait way into evening for tow truck - dangerous. I do hope this 2025 Honda CRV EX-L lives up to its track record and that this is just a fluke. One month later things are going fine. They covered battery replacement and such (warranty work) Would have been $350.00 if it were out of pocket. New cars have super expensive batteries."

    Anonymous, LA (2024 Honda CR-V EX-L 1.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)
    Other electrical system problem

"The car had 1300 miles and wouldnt start. Called Honda , they sent someone to jump start it. Took it to Dealer they replaced Battery."

    Anonymous, VA (2024 Honda CR-V EX-L 1.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)
    Remote engine starter

"Drove car to the store. When I came out of store the car would not start no matter what I did. After being on the phone with dealer I was told to have car towed to them. As I was trying to pay over the phone to have car towed to dealer, it finally started up. Took car to dealer and they had to fix some electrical issue. After that I have not had any problems yet."

Anonymous, NY (2024 Honda CR-V LX 1.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)

    Body Hardware

Windows, locks and latches, doors or sliding doors, tailgate, trunk or hatch, mirrors, seat controls (power or manual), seat belts, sunroof, convertible top, glass defect.

    What Owners Say

    Seat controls - power

"The driver's seat automatically returns to default position when car is started, even though I have selected and programmed a seat position."

    Anonymous, GA (2024 Honda CR-V EX-L 1.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)
    Tailgate, hatch or trunk

"I was not informed by the dealer that not caring about seats being leather which I had previously or cloth affected the entire package. I was my fault for not asking but I don't know why the dealer didn't make the differences known. There is no automatic tailgate opening. As I am only 5'3" tall and have a shoulder injury manually opening and closing the tailgate is difficult and painful."
