"There is a splash guard on the undercarriage of the vehicle that is affixed to the body using a few bolts. It has to be removed in order to change the oil, and twice during my ownership of the car it was not replaced correctly which resulted in it falling off and scraping on the roadway while I was driving it. The latest time, I pulled the guard entirely off and left it that way as it had been damaged enough by it dragging under the vehicle that it had several holes and I would have to buy a new one in order to mount it."

"Paint was peeling on the roof directly behind the windshield. Paint was not covered by the warranty. If the was a known defect the dealers body shop did not mention it when I asked for an estimate. I had the repair done by an independent shop that seemed far more competent."

"Water leaks driver side from under dash also from top door. It did cause me to not use the car a few times, caused mold. Had to take carpet out, wet vac, use weed Wacker thread to poke out sunroof drainage holes. May have stopped now."

"There is a component in the instrument cluster area that is rattling against the inside of the instrument cluster shroud as though a piece of foam dislodged. Sounds like something large is hitting the plastic when on mildly rough roads."

"First it leaked, depositing a lot of water in the passenger foot well in heavy rain. Honda fixed it at considerable cost to us, but then the sunroof refused to close all the way. Honda wanted 3k to replace it. We had an independent do it it for half, but the job was not perfect."

"Water was coming in the sunroof, trim and draining down to the floor. I fixed it by using some silicone glue around the trim."

"The problem of my audio & gps screen freezing up or going blank has recurred about 3-4 times over the past year (2023-24). I depend on my GPS for work & 2x needed gps while traveling in mountain areas, trying not to get lost."

Fuel injection system

"Emission failure alarm came on. AutoZone read the code as a failure of the catalytic converter. Honda dealership initially said the same, but when I made an appointment for the actual service, they informed me that 2 of the 4 fuel injectors have failed. It's been a month and a half and no issues so far, but my fuel mileage is markedly not the same. Used to be 42 mpg highway before the emissions warning. Became 38 mpg while emission warning was on. Has not returned to 42 mpg since the replacement. This is not a hybrid either. Disappointed, but could be far worse."
