    "Started even before we bought the car. The speakers would make an occasional noisethunk sound and the volume of music would be affected. Happened frequently every day. We were going to bring it back to the dealership to fix it but then my husband got mad and punched the screen and cracked it soo we purchased a new radio system independently of the dealership, and that fixed the problem."
