I was not able to unlock the car using the fob. I rolled down the window and I was not able to open the door using the exterior handle. I was not able to unlock the door using the button on exterior handle. I FINALLY unlocked the door by reaching my hand through the window again and using the physical key to unlock the car. "It's alwasy been a really aannoying system. Sometimes it doesn't pick up my phone even though I always use the same phone. I don't even use the carplay because of the frustrating interface. When I first got my Honda I had a friend with similar vehicle and she said yes, it's hard to use, and neither one of use ever do.And when I am not hooked up to bluetooth devices sometimes when I make a call say on wireless headphones, the hands free speaker in car starts working when the person I'm calling answers their phone.
