"starting up in the morning when car is cold no matter the weather. creates a noise for 5 seconds then goes away and does not happen for the rest of the day. However if I turn the key on and let it does its precheck and clears off all the stuff on my dash board start up usually has no noise 85-90% of the time. Manufacturer can not seem to come up with the solution except they will give you a bill everytime for 250-450 dollars for a guess. they say the only way to check is to make the manifold apart $2500 + But it may not solve the problem"
