"Started with about 45000 miles. Would hear a small "clunk", transmission would disengage while the engine was running. Nothing would fix it except turning the car off and restarting. This would normally get it to work again. There would happen with no engine warning lights, so they could not diagnose it. They did a software update and the next time it happened they determined the transmission needed to be replaced. At 45000 miles."

"The system disconnect from the phone on a regular basis. The dealer was unable to fix the issue. We can use Bluetooth, but not apple carplay. It does disconnect on bluetooth, but rarely, it disconnects on carplay multiple times per day. Apple says there is nothing wrong with the phones we have tried. We have also successfully used apple carplay on other vehicles."

Auto stop/start malfunction

"One cylinder stopped firing on a car trip. That was diagnosed and I believe a spark plug replaced. But afterwards the the car continues to die when I slow down or sometimes when I stop. At times it takes more than one try to start again. Dealer could not replicate so nothing has been done to stop the problem. It does not happen when I force the auto start to stay off so I suspect it has to do with that."
