Anonymous, AZ (2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited 1.6-L 4 Cyl hybrid)

    "Oil leak from a seal"

Anonymous, WI (2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid SEL 1.6-L 4 Cyl hybrid)

Anonymous A., MO (2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Blue 1.6-L 4 Cyl hybrid)

""Two problems. 1. Low gas milage. Hybrid was advertised as 36 Hyw mph, I only get 31 mph. 2. No spare tire and no place for one.""

Anonymous, TX (2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited 1.6-L 4 Cyl hybrid)

""Despite being a "new" vehicle and having regular maintenance our 2023 Hyundai Tucson lost power while we were driving down the freeway. It seems that the vehicle had low oil?!?! and the hybrid battery had insufficient juice to keep running. Had we purchased their extended warranty we could have had a loaner car, but as it was we had to wait 3+ hours along side the freeway waiting for a tow truck and then had to wait days for Hyundai to identify and "fix" the problem. Why would this new vehicle not have enough oil (even though we have the dealership service it regularly.) Our 25-year old Camry does not use any oil.""

Anonymous, VA (2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited 1.6-L 4 Cyl hybrid)

This took six weeks for which I was given a loaner car for the six-week period. I appreciate the loaner, but it was a thirsty 2025 Ford Explorer. I was very happy to finally get my Hyundai Tuscon back.""

Started about 6 months ago, a knocking noise in the rear and the ride was very sloppy. felt like the rear would slide out. took it to dealer and they replaced the rear shocks. it was fine for about a month and then started making the same noise and the drive kept getting worse and started to feel sloppy again. like the back end would slide out if any kind of speed over a bump. took it in again and they are replacing one of the rear shocks again.""

They kept insisting there was nothing wrong with the air conditioner, whereas because we drove the vehicle we knew it was not working properly.
