    In-car Electronics

Infotainment system (audio, GPS, phone), rear entertainment system, backup or other camera/sensors, head-up display.

    What Owners Say

    Other in-car electronics problem

"Bluelink regularly used electric to send info to Hyundai even when car not in use. Battery was dead when car not used for 2 weeks. I cancelled Bluelink. It was difficult to find issue, Hyundai service denied knowledge of what caused dead battery. Found answer on internet."

Anonymous, NJ (2023 Hyundai Tucson SE 2.5-L 4 Cyl)

"As previously commented on, too many options with too little understandable instructions. example-when I choose a Sirius station, sometimes a totally different station plays, sometimes the station I choose changes to become a duplicate favorite station, and most times it works correctly. Really too sporadic to take back to dealership. Also, can't figure out how to change 3 segment display or keep 3 segment display from changing by itself. Again it apparently happens without rhyme or reason."

Anonymous, SC (2023 Hyundai Tucson SEL 2.5-L 4 Cyl)
    Phone pairing (e.g., Bluetooth)

"Same issue as our other Tuscon, the system will no longer pair with the phone after a rest stop on the highway. Also, even though phone priority has been established through the system it will not follow the selected priority when there are 2 phones available to pair."

Anonymous, NC (2023 Hyundai Tucson 2.5-L 4 Cyl)

"Least the brand new 2023 Hyundai Tucson on November 22 by July 23, which is about seven months afterward the car had a fuel injection problem and just broke down on a highway. Stop running my wife call me. I have a car towed back to the shop and where I live 50 miles away from where you got stuck Had Fuel asked him some of these injectors are coming back. 11 months after that breakdown, the vehicle did the same exact thing again with another bare fuel injector from a different cylinder 50 miles away from my house. I had a tow to dealer and they fixed it and I also mentioned since this was two different injectors, why wouldnt they change it only other two left so I wouldnt have a problem. They said they couldnt do that. It was against Homes policy. OK so this year 24 August that has not yet repeated itself. A new problem this month in August is the air-conditioning sounds like when you turn around high does the helicopter in my car so I can bring it back to the shop to fix this new Problem."

Reliability indicates how models have performed in the past, providing the basis for predicting how the vehicles will hold up in the year ahead. These charts provide the most comprehensive reliability information available to consumers. Based on information received from our latest subscriber survey for over 300,000 vehicles, our reliability history charts give you a rundown on how 2000 through 2024 vehicles are holding up in 20 potential trouble spots, ranging from the engine, transmission, electric motor, EV charging, and brakes to power equipment and the electrical accessories. NA indicates that we did not receive a large enough sample size to provide data for a specific year. An X indicates that the vehicle was not manufactured for a specific year.
