What Owners Say
"Went blank. Stayed blank after turning car off and on, several times. Called dealer, took in however over night came back. This was 7?weeks ago. Dealer said never seen before, however internet reported several, all came back"
Anonymous, OR (2025 Hyundai Tucson SEL Unsure)""The infotainment touch pad is small/ crowded to navigate while driving. The touch pad is crowded and features are close together, while the blue lights on each feature are very dim, making it extremely hard to see especially when in sunlight , thus taking my eyes off the road.""
Anonymous, OH (2025 Hyundai Tucson Limited 2.5-L 4 Cyl)"Fingerprint sensor failed; service appointment has been scheduled"
Anonymous, FL (2025 Hyundai Tucson Limited 2.5-L 4 Cyl)"We hate that Hyundai switched the audio controls to the right side of steering wheel and cruise control features to the left (dangerous because it's suddenly different than any other car in our 30 years of driving). Lack of proper USB port was a stupid change. Had to buy an adapter. Too many screen/digital features. HVAC should go back to knobs like in the Kona. Having people scroll through screens to update things and the area to touch is tiny makes this dangerous and takes away from watching the road."

""Because of the removal of a proper USB port, we had to buy an adapter. Music is now all alpha and not separated where albums stay together in folders. Our phones cannot use the charging pad provided, so the adapter was also needed for charging cable. Perhaps when we get new phones they will be able to pair with the car. Added cost that shouldn't be necessary since our phones are not very old.""
