Introduction

For the 2014 model year, Infiniti's coupe and convertible remain on the old G37 platform but are renamed Q60. The G37 convertible retains many of the qualities in the G37 sedan, including the muscular powertrain, nimble handling, and plush interior. But the ride is stiffer and less comfortable and the rear seat is very cramped and hard to reach. Noise isolation is also down a notch. With the power hardtop retracted, body shake gets noticeable and the already small trunk is all but eliminated. The G37 has a strong 3.7-liter V6 mated to a seven-speed automatic, making it quick yet returning 20 mpg overall. The interior has high-quality materials and easy-to-use controls.
