Jaguar's two-seat F-Type coupe and convertible is a quick, sporty, and capable. For 2023, only the supercharged V8 is offered. This powerplant has a wonderfully distinct exhaust bark. Rear- and all-wheel drive versions are offered. A smooth eight-speed automatic is the only available transmission. The F-Type is agile in the corners and steers with precision, making it a delight to drive. The ride is firm, but it's not overly punishing, given the breed. That said, don't expect tranquility in the mold of the old XK, which was a more luxury-oriented car. All models get standard Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. Standard active safety features include FCW and AEB with pedestrian detection.
