    What Owners Say

    Differential

"About February of 2024 bearing in the differential case was grinding, took it in and 3 weeks later they had it fixed."

    Anonymous A., MI (2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 3.6-L V6)
    Driveshaft or axle

"Started in about April of 2023. By mid month car was inoperable. Took them, Stellanits and dealer 2. months to get it right. Went to pick it up 3 different times and wasn't fixed right. 4th time it was working correctly. I'll never buy another Stelantis product, ever!"

    What Owners Say

    12V battery

    Anonymous A., ON (2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit 3.6-L V6)
    Other electrical system problem

"Active ground fault on rear hatch exterior lock switch resulted in sporadic and unexplained spasmic door lock and light flashing. This resulted in draining the main 12v battery twice and required towing back to garage to be told we found no issues other than a dead battery. The issue was not identified until a more thorough diagnostic revealed the faulty switch. Once the switch was replaced (which involved full disassembly of the hatch) the problem went away."

    Anonymous A., ON (2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit 3.6-L V6)

    In-car Electronics

Infotainment system (audio, GPS, phone), rear entertainment system, backup or other camera/sensors, head-up display.
