What Owners Say
"No AC in July. Took 3 weeks to get appt. Then, car was in overnight & part was replaced under dash. Heater core next to evaporator was also replaced."
Anonymous, NY (2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 3.6-L V6)""After purchasing the Jeep this winter, we needed the AC on a very warm April day. That is when we learned the AC system was not blowing cold air. Dealer discovered it was not recharged after a pre-sale repair. No leaks were discovered or other repairs were needed and the AC has worked well since.""
Anonymous, NJ (2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 3.6-L V6)""Over the last several months, the Jeep started making a gurgling and hissing sound in the dashboard whenever I turned on the A/C. It progressively got worse over time, and after some research and discussion with the dealership service department, it sounded like it was a coolant leak. I charged it back up myself with some (expensive) R-1234yf from the store, but the sound didn't completely go away. The issue remains unresolved and I'm just riding the lease out.""
