"Car burns a quart of oil a week. Rate increased to 2 quarts and spots appeared on the ground. Found a leak in the gasket cover & PCV valve (a known issue). But replacing the gasket & PCV valve only fixed the external leak. Still burns a quart of oil a week (no spots on ground; how it passes the annual inspection is a mystery beyond me)."

After complaining that I had purchased extended warranties for the vehicle (since purchased used) they lowered the price from over $1000 to $50."
