    The Sportage, like its near-twin the Hyundai Tucson, is a pleasant and well-rounded vehicle. It also has a lot of standard features for its price, a roomy interior, good levels of fit and finish, and a refined V6 powertrain all for about the same price as some competing four-cylinder models. But it still falls midpack in our Ratings, far short of class-leading models.
