"Every year I wouldn't have refrigerant. I would request replacing the compressor. They would insist on testing for leaks. They never found any. Every year, for 3 years, 2018-2021, they checked for leaks without finding any. Every year it cost me 250- 300 dollars. I stopped them from doing the checks at that point. Communication with the dealership, with KIA met with no change."

". Re call engine issue. 99340 miles at failure. Started as engine noise and refused power. Drove it 30 miles to dealer for evaluation. Engine replaced after 3 plus weeks of waiting. The dealer had the engine in stock. It was 7 days before they could look at the car to determine if it was covered by recall. Other dealers were quoting months to do replacement."

"Before the 10,000 Mile warranty expired we took it in for oil consumption problems, but they cleaned the system and said it should be taken care of. The problems continued. Thankfully, they replaced the engine."
