"About 2 years ago when the oil was changed the agency noticed a small leak in the axel, but it wasn't much and never noticed anything in the garage. In January 2024 they said it was leaking more and we took it to Lexus for the repair. The estimate from our local auto center was $831.90. Lexus checked the car and said the water pump was also bad and they would not allow us to drive the car. They gave us a loaner and repaired everything for $2582.04. So far the car is running great. Can't afford to purchase a new one with insurance so high. Loved all the new safety features on the new vehicles."
