    Road Test

Most luxury SUVs have evolved into pampering on-road transport for their well-heeled buyers, backing away from off-road prowess and their truck-based roots. So does that make the Lexus GX a dinosaur? Not necessarily. This old-school vehicle is still quiet, powerful and nicely finished inside. Note though, that it is long in the tooth and probably about to be phased out.
