The redesigned 2022 Lexus LX 600 wraps the next-generation Toyota Land Cruiser in an upscale package, with a powerful turbocharged V6 engine, safari-ready off-road capability, and enough luxury amenities to make a debutante blush. It is powered by a 409-horsepower, 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine matched to a 10-speed automatic transmission. It is still a traditional body-on-frame design with a solid rear axle. The height-adjustable suspension can lower the vehicle for easier access or raise it for off-road obstacles. Standard safety features include FCW, AEB, LKA, LDW, and ACC, among others. For 2025, a 457-hp 700h hybrid is new.

Added features over the Land Cruiser include a height-adjustable air suspension and a power-adjustable steering wheel. Five adults can fit quite comfortably, and cargo space is generous. Stability control became standard for 2000.
